Today we will talk about parts of the body.

Last time we learned how to buy transportation, but what if you are going out for medical help on your trip? You need to know how to talk about your body in the native language. This can be useful especially if you are feeling ill and you need to explain to a doctor or pharmacist what part of your body hurts or just simply to know how to say the body parts in Spanish!

         El cuerpo y las partes del cuerpo.(The body and parts of the body)          La cabeza (emphasis on the pronunciation of: z)          En la cabeza tenemos :

 
• Los ojos (eyes)
 
• Las orejas (ears)
 
• La nariz (nose)
 
• La boca (mouth)
 

         En la boca tenemos (in the mouth we have):

 
• el cuello (the neck)
 
• la garganta  (throat)

         Seguimos con (we continue with):

 
• el pecho (chest)
 
• el estómago (stomach)
 
• la espalda (back)
 
• los brazos (arms)
 
• las manos (hands)

         En cada mano tenemos (in  each hand we have):

 
• los dedos (the fingers)

         Más abajo tenemoslos (below we have):

 
• las piernas (the legs)
 
• los pies (the feet)
 
• los dedos del pie (toes)
